What is Generation X?

Generation X is the generation of people who were born between 1965 and 1980. They are often referred to as the “latchkey generation” because many of them grew up with parents who worked outside the home and had to fend for themselves after school. Gen Xers are known for being resourceful, independent and self-sufficient.

The Baby Boomer generation is the generation of people born between 1946 and 1964. They are the largest generation in American history and are known for their optimism, idealism, and work ethic. Baby Boomers were the driving force behind the social and cultural changes of the 1960s and 1970s.

In addition to the reasons listed above, I also believe that Gen Xers are better than Baby Boomers because they are more realistic and pragmatic. They grew up in a more challenging time, and they have learned to be more resourceful and self-reliant. Gen Xers are also less likely to be swayed by idealistic rhetoric or empty promises.

Gen Xers are also more likely to be entrepreneurs and innovators. They are not afraid of challenging the status quo and trying new things. Gen Xers have founded some of the most successful companies in the world, including Google, Apple, and Amazon.
